Have you ever played a video game where you have to sleep to recover? They only let you do it if everything is safe. Otherwise they won’t let you sleep. You’ll get a message, saying “You cannot sleep now, there are monsters nearby.”
Now, remember the last time you just couldn’t get to sleep?
Don’t you fuckin do this to me
A list of all massacres of Indigenous Australians that happened in Victoria. I feel this information needs to be shared as people don’t know nearly enough about Indigenous Australians and do not know how horribly we were and still are treated. Nothing else needs to be said as the list tells it all. Click the photos to save a bigger image for reading the list clearly.

68 massacres, in an EIGHTEEN YEAR PERIOD.
That’s not start to end, that’s just a little fucking slice.
That’s birth to adulthood. Thousands of your cousins, slaughtered for no reason other than white people considering them inferior.
Nobody knows loss like native people.
Thank you for your answer!
Mostly, my concern stems from the videos of gameplay that’ve been floating around for the last few months (like this one). It was just that the descriptions of all the different options available to players seemed like a little much. For instance, the video describes players setting fire to boats, or destroying bridges, which seem fairly minor but i was unsure how the game would communicate that these were things that could be done. Or in more major cases, the various options for how to handle the red templars invading the villages or the open world with multiple options available all at once make me wonder what guidance players will be given to make their decisions.
Of course, now that I’ve typed that out, I see how those big issues could be the very fundamental design aspects, as Dragon Age has always been about hard choices with no real way of knowing what’ll happen in advance. So maybe these complicated problems are just one more thing to have to deal with and that’s just another part of the experience. Oh look a bunch of choices and which ever one I pick, there’s going to be consequences.
In hindsight, it might have been kind of a silly question, so thank you again for taking the time to answer it anyway. I am greatly looking forward to Inquisition when it finally releases.

ON WHAT PLANET are anti-choicers actually asked to pay for an individual’s abortions? On what planet are there organizations set up going door to door and holding anti-choicers at gun point to cough up the HUNDREDS of dollars required for each individual’s transportation, job remuneration/compensation, abortion costs, and pre and post abortion care?
this does not happen.
Abortion SHOULD however, be covered by health insurance - something paid for by each individual on their own - because abortion is health care.
Here in Canada health care is free, as it should be, and abortions have minimal range of costs - as it should be.
You don’t get a lot of say in where your taxes go, which is for the best. Until I get to take a stand against my taxes paying for military budgets, then you also don’t get to pass judgment on a small fraction of your taxes going toward reproductive health care.
and the moment people DO have the power to choose where their taxes go, I greatly pity the country who suddenly has the nerve to stop supporting its health care.
